Part-Time Harvest Food Hall Hospitality Specialists will create an excellent guest experience through serving in various roles within the dining hall, including food handler, floor attendant, and sales assistant.

Reporting to:
Director of Dining and Retail

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Food Handler

• Create an enjoyable experience by assisting guests handle/plate/serve food for guests following the instructions provided.
• Maintain cleanliness of food serving utensils and equipment.
• Monitor and ensure food stations are filled and maintained.
• Knowledgeable of complete menu and ingredients.
• Able to communicate any allergy or dietary restrictions
• Follow all food health and safety guidelines.
• Maintaining food rotation labels.

Floor Attendant

• Actively pursue and greet guests.
• Keep eating areas clean.
• Keep condiment and drink stations clean and stocked.
• Assist guests in finding food lines or open tables.
• Follow all food health and safety guidelines.

Sales Assistant

• Provide a quick, easy, stress-free check out for guests.
• Follow all food health and safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Other
