Bringing the Word of God to all people is a key component of the Great Commission. The Outreach Practicum is designed to train, develop, and prepare students with the practical skills to mobilize the church and to reach the unreached, love the unloved, and heal the hurting in every corner of the world.
- Learn to deliver pastoral care in several outreach settings and scenarios including correctional ministry, disaster response, street ministry, anti-trafficking, addition & recovery ministry, and inner city families.
- Learn to develop and implement community outreach initiatives.
- Learn to nurture the hurting through specialized pastoral care.
- Learn to lead and value team members and celebrate the skills they each bring.
