Community Partners
The Highlands College Community Partner program is an annualized sponsorship initiative that builds meaningful relationships with business leaders and forges lasting partnerships between Highlands College and communities across the country. This program strengthens community engagement while advancing the mission of Highlands College by supporting student scholarships, campus growth, and strategic advancement initiatives. Together, we’re investing in the long-term impact of equipping the next generation of ministry leaders.
All Community Partner revenue is tax-deductible and will directly benefit the Eternal Impact Campaign, which exists to fund the mission, vision, and goals of Highlands College.

Community Partner tiers begin at $50,000 and benefits include partner promotion, invitations to exclusive events, access to the annual Highlands College Leadership Conference (formerly known as Impact Leadership Conference), and more.

Highlands College Leadership Conference
Formerly Impact Leadership Conference
The annual Highlands College Leadership Conference is a leadership intensive that partners with field experts tailored to invite audience members to transform their leadership skills. This event serves as the catalyst for Community Partners with private hospitality lounges, networking opportunities, marketing benefits, and behind-the-scenes access to the event. Past attendees have termed this Conference as “transformational.”
In-Residence Program
The Highlands College In-Residence Program is a group of esteemed practitioners who invest in Highlands College students to help prepare them for their calling. These leaders aren't just theoreticians; they instead educate students from the full weight of their real-world expertise and experience.
Community Partner Guidelines
All Community Partners agree to adhere to the following guidelines and conditions.
- Highlands College reserves the right to approve all Community Partner submissions.
- Highlands College reserves the right to approve all Community Partner logos before they are used on marketing items.

All Partner logos must be submitted to Highlands College as soon as possible for advertising and website purposes and to maximize Community Partners' marketing benefits.
- Highlands College Leadership Conference logo deadline is November 15, 2025.

All Partnership Tiers
- The partnership balance is due no later than November 1, 2025.
- All partner benefits will go into effect as soon as balance is paid in-full.
- All 2025–2026 Community Partner contributions must be fulfilled within the 2025–2026 fiscal year. Contributions made to Highlands College outside of the current Community Partners program term and fiscal year cannot be reallocated.
Highlands College is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. All Community Partnerships are tax-deductible, and receipts are available upon request. Please consult a tax advisor to determine your tax deduction.
