During their time at Highlands College, our students develop disciplines to lead a healthy, active lifestyle that support a lifetime of ministry leadership. We incorporate health and wellness into our holistic training model and prioritize making these programs easily accessible to all students.
In January 2022, we took a vital step in providing core health and wellness resources on campus. Phase One of the Student Center was opened and immediately available to all students at no additional cost. It includes an open gym with brand-new equipment, various fitness spaces, and unlimited weekly group classes led by certified fitness instructors.
Future phases aim to develop additional recreational spaces to ensure students have a safe, engaging space to connect with others and build healthy community outside of fitness programming.
