Seal Interpretation

The Highlands College Seal is the expression of our unique mission and vision to fulfill the Great Commission in response to Luke 10:2.

“The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

The Field depicts the harvest field ripe with millions of people ready to receive the life-changing message of the Gospel.

The Torch symbolizes Highlands College’s conviction to serve the rising generations of ministry leaders and pass the torch of fulfilling the Great Commission to leaders of competence, character, and spiritual maturity.

The Flame represents the eternal, never extinguishing flame of the Holy Spirit that empowers our graduates for a life of eternal impact.

The Crown emphasizes that all aspects of our mission are covered by the “Lord of the Harvest.”

The Vine highlights that Jesus is the vine and we are the branches. We must be connected and in community with Him and with each other through the local church.
