Aaron Jayne

Pastor Aaron Jayne dreamed of building a church with a simple goal: to help people connect with God in a church without letting structures and programs get in the way. Coastline Church was re-launched with that passion when Aaron became the lead pastor in September of 2010.

Pastor Aaron focused on reaching out to the non-churched community and building relationships through small groups meeting across North County. The life-giving message of the Gospel, the passion and joy of the Weekend Experiences, and the simple style of Coastline Church brought immediate growth and has been continuing ever since.

Coastline Church offers contemporary, biblically-driven worship services that are alive with energy and creativity, as well as excellent childcare, exciting children’s and student ministries, and dynamic small groups.

Brad Cooper

Chad & Katie Fisher

Chad Fisher is the founding and Lead Pastor of Rock City Church. Alongside his wife Katie, Chad provides leadership, vision and guidance to the church and loves to tell anyone who will listen about what God is doing in Ohio. Chad has a passion for developing and inspiring leaders and works regularly with pastors, coaches and athletes around the country, helping to develop and challenge them to dream bigger and make a greater impact in their communities.

Garrett Booth

Garrett is the Senior Pastor of Grace Church in Houston and has served in full time ministry for more than 25 years.

Garrett is a graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God University and holds a Master’s degree in Practical Theology from The King’s University, founded by Jack Hayford and holds a Doctorate of Ministry from Southeastern University. Garrett and Andrea married in 1997 and have two fun-loving kids, Lauren and Austin.

Josh Joines

Josh and Kara Joines are co-pastors of Faith Family Church with locations in Baytown and Crosby, TX and have two sons, Caleb and Tyler. Since launching with the Association of Related Churches (ARC) in 2014, they have seen Faith Family Church grow to over 5,000 in weekly attendance. Lives are being powerfully transformed and many are being led into a growing relationship with Jesus. Josh and Kara are grateful for what God is doing and consider it one of their greatest honors to pastor the great people of Faith Family. In addition to leading the church, Josh has recently founded Cadency, a coaching network designed to encourage and help pastors establish their rhythm and elevate their game in life and leadership.

Justin Dailey

Pastor Justin Dailey is originally from Birmingham, Alabama. In 2004, he left a golf scholarship to attend Highlands College, at Church of the Highlands (Birmingham, AL). During this time he discovered an authentic relationship with Jesus and his calling to full-time ministry. In early 2012, Pastor Justin felt a clear call to plant Action Church. Just a year later, after a visit to Winter Springs, Florida, he knew he had found Action’s home. Partnering with the Association of Related Churches (ARC) and a neighborhood clubhouse full of families, Action Church was born on January 26th, 2014. Launch day saw 797 people in attendance, and since that day, Action Church has grown to four locations and has reached thousands with the message of the gospel. God has given Pastor Justin a vision and passion for reaching people in central Florida and connecting them to everything God has for their life.

Mark Johnston

Mark and Susie Johnston are the founders and lead pastors of The Journey Church. Fueled by a passion to reach unchurched people, they began The Journey in 2007, creating an engaging community of faith where people can experience the life-giving message of Jesus. Mark and Susie were married in 1997 and have two beautiful children, Madeline and Conner.

In addition to his role at The Journey, Mark leads Strategic Church Coaching, an organization that coaches pastors and leaders nationwide to maximize their potential for growth.

Outside of pouring his passion into ministry, Mark likes to ski, drive, boat, eat at great restaurants, and explore new places with his family. Also, he once climbed a mountain. (If you get a chance, ask him about that – he’s always happy to describe it.)

Charlotte Gambill

For over three decades, Charlotte has served the church globally through her gift of communication, preaching, and training in all settings. With a passion to equip and support leaders, Charlotte launched “PRAXIS,” a ministry created to come alongside senior leaders and practically support and provide training for their staff and teams. The Collective is another expression of the heart we have for leaders here at CG Ministries; from the Collective mentorship program to cohorts and retreats. This curated community for women mentors them to lead better, step into their future and connect with like-minded leaders.

Charlotte has authored a large number of books, produced several podcasts, and written curriculum for the next generation in partnership with SEU University.

She and her husband, Steve, have spent over thirty years building and leading a church in the United Kingdom. Now they call Alabama USA home with their two grown children, Hope Cherish and Noah Brave. Charlotte is a teaching pastor at Church of the Highlands where they are based as a family and ministry.
