The first step is to fill out the Hire a Graduate Inquiry Form. This form collects essential contact information, and your organization’s hiring needs, including the role you’re looking to fill.

It also gives us the context we need to begin a meaningful conversation and explore how we can best serve your team through the Center for Ministry Placement.

Once your inquiry form is submitted, our Ministry Placement Team will share a booking link via email so you can select a convenient time for a call to discuss your hiring needs in greater detail. At this time, our team will also gather more information about your church or ministry.

This conversation allows us to ensure that we fully understand your requirements, and it also provides an opportunity for you to ask any questions about the process.  During the call, we’ll outline the next steps in connecting with potential candidates and discuss other services available to help you hire the best graduate for your team.

Once we have completed the steps above, you will gain access to the Placement Job Board to post job and internship opportunities.

Candidates are able to apply directly to the job through the job board and then you are able to setup interviews and next steps.
