 Scholarships

Our donors and partners recognize the extraordinary calling of our students and reflect passionate generosity to support student scholarships. Students are considered for all available scholarships after completing the Scholarship Application.

Academic Excellence Scholarship

Awards $4,000-$5,000 annually to eligible applicants based on demonstrated academic performance and GPA. *We recommend students to submit ACT or SAT scores, which may result in an additional Academic Scholarship award.

Church of the Highlands Scholarship

Awards $15,000 annually to students who do not qualify for the Endowed Student Scholarship. This scholarship represents the generosity and investment of Church of the Highlands in the extraordinary future of our students.

BEGINNING FALL 2027 Distinguished Veterans Scholarship

Awards $4,000 annually to the children of military families who would qualify for GI benefits. 

Endowed Student Scholarship (ESS)

The highest valued scholarship at Highlands College is funded perpetually from the Eternal Impact Campaign to award full annual tuition to select students. All students who complete the Scholarship Application are first considered for an ESS. Students who meet the unique eligibility requirements will be considered for this award. Students who do not qualify for an ESS will automatically receive a Church of the Highlands Scholarship.

Housing Grant

Each student will automatically receive a Housing Grant through the Scholarship Application process. Students who qualify for an ESS are awarded $3,000 annually toward housingand students who do not qualify for an ESS are awarded $6,000 annually toward housing. 

Legacy Scholarship

Awards $4,000 annually for children of full-time Teammates of Highlands College and Church of the Highlands. 

Service & Leadership Scholarship

Awards up to $2,000 annually to eligible students who have demonstrated history of service to the local church and community and a Ministry Service Reference (completed by a youth leaderpastor, or mentor in the admissions application).

 Financial Aid

Families may also apply for financial aid, which can be combined with scholarship awards to reduce the cost of attendance further. Highlands College uses a need-based assessment to develop a personalized aid package for each qualifying student. While we do not participate in federal funding programs, generous charitable contributions make financial aid possible for the extraordinary future of our students.
