Over fourteen thousand leaders from thirty-three countries, fifty states, and five hundred groups joined us at the 2023 Impact Leadership Conference.

Highlands College was honored to host this year’s Impact Leadership Conference alongside our title sponsor, Founders Advisors, and Highlands College Community Partners.

This year was extraordinary as we welcomed distinguished leadership experts such as Dr. John C. Maxwell, Chris Hodges, Doris Kearns Goodwin, Dan T. Cathy, and more. These visionaries shared invaluable insights on being a set-apart leader in a world where, as Maxwell aptly puts it, “everything rises and falls on leadership.” Their wisdom enriched the minds of conference attendees and left an indelible mark on our collective understanding of leadership excellence.
