THE HIGHLANDS COLLEGE Business Administration Minor equips students with foundational business knowledge and skills tailored for application in nonprofit settings. The Business Administration Minor integrates practical skills with faith-based leadership principles through a dynamic curriculum that includes: Core Business Courses—financial management, nonprofit leadership, and strategic planning for nonprofit service; Hands-On Labs—providing experiential learning opportunities, reinforcing key concepts, and enabling students to apply business concepts to nonprofit contexts; and Leadership Development— leading with integrity and vision, fostering sustainable growth in nonprofit organizations.
