IMPACT LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE 2024 welcomed over 14,000 in-person and virtual attendees from all 50 states and 24 countries for a powerful one-day experience championing values-driven leadership. Hosted by Highlands College—America’s Ministry Leadership University—Impact Leadership Conference reflected the College’s commitment to developing confident, competent, and spiritually mature leaders.
Since its beginning as John Maxwell Live, Impact Leadership Conference has featured renowned leadership experts like Dr. John C. Maxwell, Craig Groeschel, Simon Sinek, Dan Cathy, and more, providing business leaders and students alike with real-world insight and inspiration as they prepare to lead in churches, ministries, businesses, and missions around the world.
The 2024 lineup offered attendees a masterclass in courageous, character-filled leadership from Dr. Maxwell, global leadership authority and Highlands College board member; Chris Hodges, Chancellor of Highlands College and founding pastor of Church of the Highlands; and Ed Mylett, best-selling author and entrepreneur.
Impact Leadership Conference reinforces the core values of Highlands College—to develop leaders of competence, character, and spiritual maturity. This conference has given students a powerful glimpse into the leadership realm, allowing them to experience firsthand what it means to lead with excellence and eternal purpose in all spheres of influence.
